#5 Stefaan van Hooydonk: How intentional curiosity helps you succeed
Meet Stefaan van Hooydonk, founder of the Global Curiosity Institute and author of the widely acclaimed book: The Workplace Curiosity Manifesto. He researches the topic of workplace curiosity in companies.
In this episode Ewa Hutmacher and Stefaan discuss dimensions of curiosity and what the opposite is. We reflect on the causality between curiosity, innovation and successful organizations.
Stefaan believes that curious individuals need curious environments to thrive and that especially in times of turmoil individuals and companies need to embrace intentional curiosity.
With the help of a number of proprietary diagnostics he designed, he has created insights on what drives and what enables (or prevents) individuals and organizations to show up curiously. He consults global corporations and leadership teams towards building a stronger curiosity muscle. Stefaan is a regular speaker at business schools and companies around the world on the power of curiosity, and how it benefits professionals, leaders, teams, and organizations. Snabbfoting is a strategic partner and the Nordic reseller of Global Curiosity Institute.
